Returns
At Luxium Market, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, all return requests must strictly comply with the conditions and deadlines outlined below.
Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of the order. After this period, the order will be considered final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms. Any return, refund, or dispute request initiated after the 14-day period will be automatically rejected as it falls outside our policy.
⏳ Maximum Timeframe from Purchase
An absolute maximum period of 45 calendar days from the order date is established to report any issue related to:

Shipping-related inquiries
After this period:

Claims for undelivered orders will not be accepted

Refunds related to shipping issues will not be processed

The order will be considered completed, delivered, and closed in full
⚠️ This is because, after this time, it is no longer possible to reliably track shipments or verify issues with carriers, making validation of claims unfeasible.
Delivery Confirmation

Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier will be considered valid and final proof of receipt

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their order and report any issue within the established timeframes
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With tags and original packaging intact

Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions, with final decision at our discretion.
How to Request a Return

Refunds

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Disputes & Chargebacks

Any dispute or chargeback opened after 14 days from delivery or 45 days from purchase (whichever occurs first) will be considered invalid

Luxium Market will provide this policy, along with shipping and/or delivery confirmation, to contest and defend the dispute
